Presenting
I have been presenting to a wide range of audiences since 1994. Recent presentations have been in the following areas:
- The uses of virtual worlds (such as Second Life) in teaching and learning.
- Applications of Nintendo-developed games and technologies.
- The take-up of gaming and virtual worlds by libraries.
The audiences I have presented to are varied, but most of the time these have been to people in the library sector.
If you would like me to speak to an interested group or at an event, then get in touch. I usually need a lead time of a few months. So long as travel, accommodation and any registration expenses are covered by the event organisers, then I (usually) waive any speaker fee. Enquiries for presenting in the USA, Canada, Scandinavia, Japan and Korea are especially welcome.
